Create a website like this one where agencies can post available training that should permit any Federal employee to attend and/or access. Several Cybersecurity trainings are very expensive, yet different agencies provide the same training and bear individual costs of training. For example Houston, TX has several Federal Agencies and at least two Federal Buildings downtown. If agency heads would determine common areas of shared training, it would cut costs tremendously. Then employees under the umbrella of shared training could attend the training in person. This idea can also be expanded to Internal Webcasts being made available to all Federal Employees. However, to make it truly cost effective, Training Coordinators should timely ensure that there is no duplication of the same training. Not only would this be cost effective it would also provide the opportunity for Federal Employees to interact and connect thus providing collaborative assistance to the Tax Payer.
