Limit Foreign Aid

The United States should end all foreign aid to countries we do not have treaties with except in cases of emergencies where we could give humanitarian support of food, water, disaster supplies, and medical supplies. We are sending billions of dollars overseas to some countries that we will not get anything in return with. If we have a treaty with them and can commercially export some commodity from them, or they play a strategic role in our national defense then the US gets a return for the investment. Otherwise we are simply throwing away money to countries that could inturn use the supplies, training, and resources against us someday.
