File Management/Storage

Currently all files, whether temporary or permanent need to be stored for a specified period of time until such time they are either destroyed or archived. These files are paper/hard copies. Instead of having hard copies of all files, save files on CD's and memory sticks/flash drives. The following are benefits to doing so: Saves on paper, thereby saving trees. Paper is expensive, so using less saves money. More secure due to encryption and password capabilities. Saves space, no need for bulky file cabinets. Files can be sent back and forth easier and there is no need for bulky envelopes to be mailed, thus saving on postage and time. After all, time is money.
