The federal government spends too much money on discrimination/retalation suits, because managers face no financial repercussion. The way the system runs thus far is managers face no threat of guilty findings. The citizens pay for their actions, but have no knowledge of how much money is spent on legal fees. Stopping the abuse of policies within the federal government would save us millions, if not trillions of dollars. In the private sector managers face termination for what federal managers face promotions for the same crimes.
