Enforce Telework for Safety and Financial reasons

All work must be measured no matter where an employee works. There is so much waste with socializing in the government workforce sometimes I have to leave the noise and go to the cafeteria to answer my taskers. Teleworkers should not be held to a different standard than people who cost the government and the taxpayer money by consuming high rent buildings in the Wash DC area. You could save billions by closing most of the government buildings in DC and having people telework. It is safer as well because the terrorist will not be able to hit a single building and kill the masses or strike public transporation and kill hundreds. I've worked in organizations that were dispersed in the NCR at four different locations so it doesn't matter where you sit as long as you are productive. The government doesn't make employees or management accountable for their productivity.
