Employee Controlled Leave Management

Use an online system that allows employees to enter, request, and have approved all leave requests. This system could be tied into the current Vista, ETA, and MyPay systems.

Organizations could input top workload days in the calendar and block certain weeks/days to require employees to be present at the office/workstation.

Employee enters the system having limited access and reviews calendar for 'available' time periods to request a vacation.

The system pinpoints most available periods according to parameters set by supervisors and by prior employees leave requests.

If employee chooses a 'busy' period, the system boots the request to a supervisor for review. Otherwise, if employee chooses a more 'available' time period, the system automatically approves and manager is out of the loop.

Managers are able to review the current 'pulse' of the organization to see that the workload that week or time period will be covered.
