Eliminate hard copy regulation books to each agent at the IRS

Each year, each agent gets his/ her own set of printed regulations. Please have the service stop sending out hard copies of the regulations to each agent. We all have access to CCH and the internet (which has all the updated regulations at our finger tips). At the most, maybe we should be getting one set for each group, office, or floor, but it is very rare when I see an agent actually go to the hard copies because everyone I work with goes to the computer for codes, regulations, and court case decision research.

Not only will we be a greener unit by saving trees, but we will save much needed dollars for other tasks.

Besides all the needed book space we will be saving at each office and cubical.
