Senior Enlisted Member of a Military Service, Lieutenant General Vice Admiral, General or Admiral, Senior Member of the Military Staff Committee of the U.N., While serving as Chairman or Vice Chairman of the JCS, or Army or Air Force CS, CNO, or CMC. All of these positions receive a "Personal Money Allowance." These top ranking personell make enough money already with just Base Pay (close to $200,000 each year. The Personal Money Allowance is just more money added on to their already huge pay checks. Some Personal Money Allowance is more than $300 monthly. The government does not have to pay these people even more money than they already earn. What is a Personal Money Allowance even for? To buy Starbucks coffee? To buy gas for their Cadillacs and Hummers? Seriously, the Personal Money Allowance is not needed at all. The government needs to look at who they are paying and how much they are making.
