Many buildings in Washington & in field offices have a lot of television sets & monitors displaying information. While this is a good use of technology in the right amount, do we really need a television on every floor of an office building instead of just in the lobby? The Governmnet can save money on monitor purchasing costs & on electricity costs. In many offices or hallways, monitors are on all day with no one watching them, or there are programs running that are completely unrelated to work or at least to that organization's function.
