The idea is to grant corporations exclusive advertising contracts at a profitable pricing scheme wherein advertisements originating from the highest bidder are broadcast through government communication networks to the captive audience of government employees seated at data terminals upwards of 10 hours a day during the regular course of exercising their duties.

 

Delivery of private or aggregate personal marketing relevant data could be appended or emphasized as a premium service to the advertiser at additional cost, since government agencies hold detailed employment records and files for every employee of great value to marketers.

 

Paper billboards located inside office buildings would grant a type of unbefore seen lattitude and exposure for advertisers as well. Point of sale terminals could also easily be integrated into existing data infrastructure in order to enable a convenient shopping experience during lunch or break hours wherein a marketing fee could be paid to the federal government for every such conducted transaction.
