Curb wasteful spending on unnecessary shipping costs

A staggering amount of money is wasted on unnecessary expedited shipping costs. In most instances, it isn't necessary to send or receive items/mail/etc. via UPS and FedEx unless there is a justifiable reason to do so. Lots of items are better suited being shipped via USPS at an equally efficient rate of speed and a much cheaper rate. It's disappointing that U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping isn't even offered as an option for vital vendors such as VF Solutions -- a company whose purpose is to supply uniforms to employees of the National Park Service, US Park Police and the US Fish & Wildlife Service. Let's set an example for the rest of the world and do away with wreckless, archaic spending habits like this.
