Consolidation of all Federal Chief Counsel Offices

Due to the nature of their work, Chief Counsel offices operate and expend funds as if they were a separate agency from their Bureaus/ Offices. Consolidating them would mean consolidating expenses and needs. There would be significant cost savings in IT epuipment purchase costs and maintenance costs, costs of telephone sytems and maintenance. This would improve work performance as the leadership and employees could share and standardize best practices.
