Some Administrative Law Judges have seen well over 500 claimants in 2011 alone and have ruled fully or partially favorable in over 90% of cases. If the judges were less lenient and more fair, the disposition data would more closely reflect a 50%-50% ratio, or less considering how many people apply simply due to a lack of an open job in our economy.
