Our building (on the NIH main campus) temperature is always set to 72 degrees which, most of the time, is too cold. I have no idea what other building temps are, but I'd bet they're pretty similar. Why not set the thermostats to 73 or 74? I'm sure that would save a lot of money and people wouldn't have to put on sweaters at work when it's 100 outside.
