Don’t allow inmates to control their cell lights.

Inmates have full control of their cell light. There are four fluorescent tube lights in each cell and the inmate leave them on all day. The inmates are locked down every night at 9:45pm. I say we shut their lights off at 10:00pm and don’t turn them back on until 6:00am. Place sensors in the cell so if there isn’t movement the lights turn off. Management Analyst

The Social Security Administration (SSA) should give scholarships to potential college students who are disabled and hire and promote these students. This will save the agency (and tax payers) money in the long run, as SSA will not need to pay out disability to the disabled employees they hire. In addition, the disabled will have a chance to make something out of their lives.
