Use our computers to calculate our time, credit & overtime hours. Slide our card and the program will calculate. Find a program.

By doing this, our management would be free to do something with their time, like manage people.

Management gets paid alot of money to do timecards.

Layers of management

In our facility a front line supervisor supervises about 15 - 20 employees.

A second line supervisor manages between four and eight front line supervisors.

Then you have admin in the front office.

It seems like the ratio of direct reports shrinks the higher you go. Even out the number of middle managers or eliminate the middle management role altogether.
