Make public schools go from Kindergarten to College

This will keep more young adults off the streets (less crime), help the poor and struggling middle-class folks obtain an education and compete for jobs, it would create more jobs for the public (teachers, janitors, etc.)... and *help* America's young adults compete in the world-market.

 

It will end the fraud-filled application and selection process in which low income families government money to attend college.

Courts, Convictions, Sentencing, and Prison

I once read a stat that said 62% of people in prison/jail have not been convicted. I understand that a large portion of this probably also includes stat and local prisons/jails. Build Hospitals (Not Jails) for Mental Illness

In the early 1970's many mental institutions were closed and many of those patients ended up on the streets. Now many of these patients are in our Federal, State, and Municipal Jails. Our Judicial and Prison Systems are over-burdened with people that should have been treated psychologically in a hospital that specializes in mental illness. CANCEL and phase out Welfare and section 8 and food stamps and welfare benefits and low income housing for able bodied working age citizens.
