Scheduled Telework Days

Thousands of government employees are now performing their duties via teleworking. The benefit to workers has been great, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Now it's time for the government to maximize it's benefit. I suggest having "set" weekly, bi-weekly or monthly telework days. Qualify Bicycles for Lower Travel Reimbursements

I am presently reimbursed at 51 cents per mile to use of my privately owned automobile and would like to instead sometimes be reimbursed at 10 cents per mile to use my privately owned bicycle. Add bicycles to the list of reimbursable mileage rates or otherwise fund its use.
