We can use software such as Outlook or mobile devices for calendars.
The Defense Logistics Agency has several thousand Julcalendars printed out each couple of years. Instead of printing/shipping these out on legal size card stock each year for potential customers as a form of advertising. Instead create a PDF form of the same calendar for customer to print out if required. As a customer I was given 50 calendars and we're seven months into the year and I still have 35.
Everybody can use the calendar on Outlook.
