Revamp USAJOBS.GOV To Allow For Job Applicant Feedback

USAJOBS.GOV should be revamped.

 

Job applicants should not only receive the confirmation that the resume/application were sent, applicants should also be provided feedback from the HR reviewer.

 

The HR communication would prevent the necessity of follow-ups and simplify the Federal Government job application process, saving the Federal Government millions of dollars.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud

The GAO estimates $17 BILLION dollars of improper Medicare payments each year. The Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program pays out $4.6 BILLION in improper and fraudulent benefits annually. The Department of Veterans Affairs loses $800 MILLION annually on improper and fraudulent payments. Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Required Relocation

Resident inspectors at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission are required to move at least every 7 years (that is at least 210 people moving every 2-7 yrs). A large fee is paid to a relocation company (over $100,000) to handle all the house paperwork/moving expenses/house hunting etc for each move.
