This idea is for all government agencies and all supply managers. I would welcome comments. To help promote cross agency cooperation and save money, create a .gov website similar to Craigslist that agencies requisition for excess property and material in a local area. The ideas speaks for itself as if you investigate many resources within the organization can be reallocated to NGA and NSA and space based management can be fully taken on by the Air Force. We buy computers from Dell. Each computer comes with a license from Microsoft. (Sticker with license key) We then buy an Enterprise license to install Windows (any version) on that computer. Too many man hours are spent on paper work.
