Currently, every armed service and organization within the government hosts their own email services to thier employees. I propose a single enterprise email account system for government employees and it should be web-based for accessibility anywhere in the world. Eliminate the costs each agency spends to run internet web sites. Create a single federal “Internet Service Provider” where all agencies have accounts at this one location. Significantly reduce the content on federal websites by eliminating content that can easily be found elsewhere. With so many other sources of basic information available today on the web, it seems unnecessary for us to duplicate it. (Think Wikipedia.)
