Recycling Ink cartridges

Staples give $3.00 back off of each recycled ink cartridge. If each office saved their ink cartridges, and turned them in at the end of the month, the rewards from the recycled cartridges could decrease the money spent to purchase new cartridges.

Printer Cover Sheets

I created a line paper document, and instead of placing the cover sheet in the trash I printout the line paper document, staple 20 or more sheets together, and use the FMS Note Paper in staff meetings, training courses, etc. By creating our own tablets, we save trees and money. Theses Note Papers can be created and placed in conference rooms, training areas, schools, etc.

Purchasing the same personal printer

If everyone has the same personal printer, we could cut the cost of purchasing printers and ink cartridges. How? When purchasing the printers and cartridges in bulks, the price would decrease, and in addition…we would no longer have unused/unusable cartridges because there would always be someone within the agency able to utilize them, when a printer has been replaced.
