Every hour, day or week, inmates are given "inmate personal toliet paper, toothbrushes, shampoo, bar soap, or body soap and razor blades. Today, there are millions of uses for Hemp. Legalizing the harvesting of the plant, EVEN FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME would greatly help our economy get OUT OF DEBT. Most of our equipment has a scheduled replacement time where the item is replaced even if the original equipment is working well. An example is the plotter printer we have that has no problems, but is up for replacement which will cost over $8,000.
