Flat tax on all income

Move to a flat tax on all income. Wages, dividends, capital gains, everything. This would almost eliminate the need for extensive oversight by the IRS, dramatically reduce errors on returns and would save bucket loads of money in adminstrative costs.

Flat Tax

Change the tax laws to a flat tax of 10%. Eliminate all deductions, credits, subsidies and everything else that someone can write off. This makes it fair for everyone, and has the potential to get companies to come back to America to produce their products. It also frees up the IRS to go after people who don't pay taxes, instead of disbursing millions of dollars in refunds that shouldn't be disbursed.

IRS overload - show me the money

Flat Tax and Reduce the IRS

Create a flat tax for everyone with no loop holes, exemptions, or tax breaks.

Reduce the size of the IRS by at least one half of current staffing, associated offices, and vehicles.

This would create a vast resource of monies for government and remove the associated bureaucracies that weigh this great nation down. It would be a very positive step in getting our nation out of the massive debt crisis.

Restructure the US Tax code and revenue collection systems

Restructure the US Tax code and revenue collection systems The Obamacare health care bill alone added some 30,000 IRS agents; their salaries alone would be millions of dollars per year and that is just the tip of the iceberg. While it is important for taxes to be collected, our current system is a drain on time, economic resources, and complicates social issues. The government should switch to a flat tax of 18%.
