The current systems of the basis of funding our war-fighting machine operators and support is as close to a disaster as it can get due to decisions made solely by management that hasn't a clue how the technicians, auditors, systems and members work. Reward Organizational Thrift

On command-level annual personnel reports, include a line to document the percent spent compared to the prior commander. Use an entire line to document unusual circumstances such as major storm events which may necessate extra expenditure. Reward commanders who are thrifty (yet fully accomplish the mission) appropriately, such as by accelerating their career paths. Promote them faster than commanders who spend more ...more »

Legalize, and Salary Cap at Minimum Wage, the Sale of Narcotics

The “War on Drugs”, has done nothing except increase the violent tendencies and the salary, of drug dealers. Legalize, and force into the not for profit sector, the sale of all narcotics, and psychiatric medications. Place a cap on the wages earned by people who make narcotics and psychiatric drugs, of minimum wage, up to 60 hours a week. One Standard Business System for the Federal Government

The Federal Government should have one Standard Business Systems. A veteran exiting the military and hired by a federal agency should have the same Business System they were trained on in the military for Human Resources, Contracting, Property Management, Budget & Finance, Fleet Management, Safety, Information Technology, etc. A federal employee should be able to transfer from one federal agency to the next and do ...more »

END OF YEAR SPENDING - ROLL OVER BUDGET

Similar to rollover budget and end of year spending. Every year with about 2-3 months left in the fiscal year, not just my Field Office, but I'm sure every agency within the U.S. Government spends the rest of their budget, out of fear of not getting the same amount or more money the following year, and I'm sure as a way to justify asking for more funding.
