Tax modification idea, half FAIR TAX, half Flat Tax.

Fair Tax is a great idea but has not been passed. Instead use the best of its ideas but put the tax rate at half its recommended rate. Then change the income and corporate taxes to be half what they are now double checked of course to get rid of special exemptions the extreme wealth really do not need.
