Every year hundreds if not thousands of employees submit suggestions into the Employee Suggestion Program ESP. In this program employees are suppose to receive 25% of what is saved in the first year at the IRS. Presidential Order Save 100 Billion Annuall

Saving can only be achieved through adoption and implementation. As I read through the SAVE program suggestions I see where many of these suggestion are in their 3rd year of proposing. The Save Program, IRS Commissioners Cost Savings program, and the Employee Suggestion Program (ESP) ideas should be shared with CONGRESS and the SENATE with upper management stating clearly what the cost to implement these suggestions is along with the savings anticipated for the first year.
