I believe the Social Security Suplemental Income which is a Program that comes with Medicaid Medical Insurance should disburse funds on a scale that is directly connected with the Level of Medical Care of the child individual or elderly person. Disability Claims and evaluations

I think Disability claims should be more closely evaluated and investigated. My opinion I feel that more times than not individuals are receiving disability claims for unecessary issues such as psychiatric or psychosocial disability. Big money, time and paper saving ideas at SSA

Over the years the SSA has evolved it's computer programs to allow the claims representatives to meet the needs of the citizens of the United States. With each new program comes a set of rules and guidelines that must be followed. The problem is that the many different programs are not cohesively connected. The rule for holding out and separated from spouse should be changed. SSA pays out millions of unnecessary money to thousands of people who would otherwise not be qualified because of their spouse's or holding out spouses income. There is no way to detect when a person gets married except word of mouth by the recipient, which usually their marriage goes undetected. Overpayment notices should be more frequently integrated within the system whereby notices are system generated, and the collection amount of overpayments should be increased. Also, individuals who knowing create large overpayments on their record should loose their entitlement to benefits for a specified timeframe, or until the overpaid funds are fully collected.
