Let majority rule in Senate voting

Under archaic cloture and filibuster rules, an individual Senator or minority group of Senators can thwart the will of the majority. Restore democratic principles to the Senate by using 51% votes for all Senate business.

People should not be on govt help indefinitely, especially if they are on welfare and able to work, the govt should find jobs around that person's home that need to be done and have no one to do them. Short training just for a specific task, you educate people and take them off welfare at the same time.
