Government employees are waiting to pick up work at home hopelessly, contractor is a fast and wasteful and lazy way to get man power, big spending in billions of dollars in wars and FEMA and jobs aren't completed is the government failure, who can take the corrective actions? Speak out, some of you; this is our country!
Face it, it is not working!
Let us not just comply with paper reduction- let us get it done. My section alone (about 20 perople) uses almost 500sheets of paper a day with more than half going in the burn bag. Now there is appox. 450 persons in this contact center- that's a lot of waste just because we're use to doing things this way. Let end the talk and excuses and do away with such waste.
Make Government Officials pay for their own benefits 401K, Pensions, Insurance, Transportation etc.

DOD workforce is inflated and many are not gainfully employed. In my workcenter, the 20/80 rule applies: 20 percent of the people doing 80 percent of the work. Supervisors are not doing their jobs ensuring the workload is evenly distributed and personnel are earning their paycheck. CUT OUT THE FAT-- including at the top!
