Stop using taxpayer funds for "Challenge Coins." These used to be a novelty item paid for out of General and Flag officers' personal expense accounts, but have taken on a life of their own. I think that the government should start a federal home owner's insurance agency. This insurance could be mandated to those who have government backed loans. This will ensure that the government's investment as well as the home owner is protected. You would save money by. Stop giving all empolyees a hard copy of their pay checks. When the pay stub is already online under MyPay. Then if they need a copy, we can print it.

Use Commercial Credit Cards that earn cash back or miles

Simply issue commercial credit cards that earn cash back or miles and then reinvest (miles could go toward all the government travel that is used and would continue to accumulate and make sure frequent flyer miles and hotels issue points as in commercial use.

I routinely travel on required training. The "SATO" travel office has paid $1500.00 for a recent trip to Alabama. I purchased an exact ticket for my wife for $320.00.

This is a routine OVER PAYMENT process.

Monitoring Overtime in Departments

I havae served with Department of the Army, currently volunteering wih the VA, and part-timer with USDA Based on experience and observation ther are numerous overtimes in departments e.g. twohours before starting time and sometimes after working hours not only in the above agencies but also in the TSA and Border Patrol areas.
