Unify the Offices of Inspector General

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) should be unified under one large agency rather than be broken apart and segregated, which is its current form. LED Lighting in all vending machines

The cost of electricity in Government buiildings is stagering. Even a small precentage of the cost in power reduction would be very meaningful. Changing out the lights in vending machines to LED and then requiring all new vending machines to have LED lighting.
