Federal work for ex-cons after release from Prison

NO one wants to hire after release from prision. Give Federal jobs to ex cons.Rehabilitation-work.

For example housekeeping, street repair, administrative work.

Ex cons should not be turned down for work and need to become a vialbe part of the community again.

We all need to earn our way. Or they end back in prison.

Pay Union representaton costs from dues not Taxpayers pockets.

Public Service Unions protect all nonprobationary bargaining unit employees by filing grievances under fair labor laws. Unions also are the designated default EEO representatives for probationary federal employees filing EEO complaints. Rate management from the bottom up

It is rare that incompetent or abusive management are removed. Typically they are only changed or removed after they do something where the agency has to step in to clean up. If employees had the opportunity to report these individuals while the negative behavior is occurring, the agency would save itself from having to clean up after them later, and would make for a better work force. Please address concerns about management abuse

There are various examples where employees try to seek out assistance in order to alleviate very stressful situations with innapropriate management. Sometimes it is discrimation, other times is bulling, other times is just an issue with personality conflict or simply management acting innapropriately at work.
