The TVA's senior managers and the board of directors need to be reminded they work for the U.S. Government and the U.S. taxpayers. A government owned business doesn't need to pay its leader over $1 million a year in salary and bonus. The president makes less than half that much, the generals overseeing our military earn about one fifth as much.

No more. Use what we have up to capacity instead of continuing to build and expand based on population projections. Population projections have a way of being a fullfilling prophecy. Less dams is nice, too. Not to say any of the existing ones should be bigger.
