Enterprise Email

Currently, every armed service and organization within the government hosts their own email services to thier employees. I propose a single enterprise email account system for government employees and it should be web-based for accessibility anywhere in the world. This would significantly reduce cost by eliminating individual email servers maintained in all services, agencies, and other organizations. Intelink offers ...more »

NRO, Eliminate and reallocate it's resources

I will not go into too much detail on this matter. The ideas speaks for itself as if you investigate many resources within the organization can be reallocated to NGA and NSA and space based management can be fully taken on by the Air Force. The organization no longer can justify it's existence when you look at how much money you can save by getting rid of it. Once again, this would be a disband and reallocation of it's ...more »

OPM charges approximately $4100.00 for investigations for Top Secret clearance, while commercial providers charge as much as $1400.00 less. OPM performs over 100,000 such ...more »

Eliminate Duplicate Message Systems

The Intelligence Community has multiple message handling systems, all with separate funding but with similar functional requirements. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence should support one system, consolidate funding and requirements and then insist it work seamlessly on all the various networks.

JIEDDO, Dispand and Re-allocate Resources

The Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) was created to analyze, track, research, and reduce the effectivness of improved explosive devices (IED) to our soldiers in the field. This entire organization and it's sub-organizations are redundant to the existing intiatives that exist in agencies such as NGA, NSA, DIA, and the armed services which is often proven provide more IED analysis than JIEDDO itself. Let the armed ...more »
