Penalize Immigration Lawyers for Frivolous Lawsuits

The government is currently wasting millions processing frivolous immigration lawsuits being initiated by shady lawyers taking advantage of their clients. This is particularly true for those seeking asylum. Start reporting these guys to the state bar, strip them of their license, and charge them court costs after a pattern of frivolous lawsuits. Too many are just able to continue practicing with no penalty. Establish ...more »

We need to revamp SSI, I don't say abolish it; but if there are four people in a household, why should each of them receive $674? Why not put it on a sliding scale? I am tired of seeing my tax dollars going to people who are scaming the system ...more »

All in one PC's on next round of PC replacements

We can have more energy efficiency by simply replacing the existing computers on the next replacement cycle with all in one PC's. The equipment will also be easier to install reducing installation costs (fewer wires!), and we would be providing a much smaller carbon footprint by not having as much equipment to get rid of. At some point we should only have monitors and not a PC. We should be able to simply log on to a ...more »

Allow Carryover of Annual Leave and Reduce Staffing

Many federal employees have a tenure of at least 15 years which entitles them to twenty-six days of annual leave each year. Federal statutes/regulations limit employees to a maximum of 240 hours of accumulated leave at the end of each year. As such, tens of thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of employees are taking the equivalent of one month off each year. Agencies are required to have adequate staffing on hand ...more »

DOJ Restitution Cases

Change Court House instructions to indicate at minimum that the Account Name, SSN, Docket Nr and/or Case Nr be indicated on EVERY CHECK that is mailed under the Criminal Restituion process to stop payments from being listed as unknown and making more work that is costly trying to determine where the payments can be applied. Many of these checks are over $10,000 and we do not want to missapply such payments
