The amount of money, time and energy used for all of these parades is huge! Since this is America, instead of all those separate parades, Spanish Day, West Indian Day, Irish Day, there should be one Parade with all of the places represented in that parade. Combine and consolidate the various groups gathering and analyzing intelligence on the same topics/countries. Having only ONE place where anlysis is performed on each topic/country will not only save billions of dollars; it will make the analysis process more efficient and effective for all users. At present, it's too difficult to de-conflict all the information out there.
