I would like to have excess leave time sick and annual converted to retirement funds on a yearly basis rather than being thrown away or denied. That would mean that as employees we could contribute more to our retirement fund as suggested in the cost saving measures.
I would also like to see the middle man(contractors like Naphcare and MDi) in prison medical departments deleted and have direct contracts to hospitals locally at each prison . I donot see why we should pay Naphcare ect $300.00 for a trip we can schedule ourselves. Then pay the hospital and doctors for what they do separately.
