Review business practices and determine ways we can streamline processes. We should have more of a one-stop-shop approach with certain business practices. For example, HR systems, why not have one benefits system that manages benefits across the government, which includes, medical, dental, vision, reimbursement accounts, vacation, sick, etc. We shouldn't have to go into 5 systems to access different aspects of benefits. This would reduce duplication and streamline our approach. Why not have one travel system and one training tracking system.
