Integrate travel comp time into People Plus to avoid separate system. Replace GovTrip with a more modern system that is quicker and intuitive and doesn't generate so many error messages. Integrate telecommute annual recertification with performance review to cut down on paperwork, staff and supervisory time. Redo training request to make it more intuitive. Streamline and reorganize grants terms and conditions to save paper and phone calls from grantees. Change requirement for job applications to not provide copies of transcripts or SF-52s for staff already on board.
