Set temperature limits for federal buildings

Several years ago, Pennsylvania state government set a limit of 75 degrees for air conditioning in state buildings (with several exceptions as appropriate) as part of an effort to be more energy efficient and to save money. The policy made sense. There's no reason why we should have to wear numerous layers in our offices on days when the temperatures are well into the 90s! Similarly, the temperature was limited to 67 degrees during the winter. Implementing such a policy for federal buildings could go a long way toward saving taxpayer dollars.
