Repeal the Fly America Act

The Fly America Act increases costs and time, and when you’re not even flying America, you pay a premium to say you are. There was probably a valid reason to have this act when it was passed over 30 years ago, but today, Federal travelers pay a premium even when they are not flying on a U.S. Flag Carrier (i.e., when there is a code share).
