Require that no cover pages be printed in order to save the government money on paper costs. Instead use a simple header with the originator initials and total pages of the document (i.e. JR, 1 of 1), so that all pages can be easily separated in offices with heavy printer usage. Also suggest (saw the same idea noted before I typed this idea) that these be printed in Century Gothic Font to save money on ink cartridges. Also printer cartridges should be recycled as can get cash back for many of these.
