Mandatory Retirement

In an effort to reduce the size of the Federal government and create a more efficient Federal workforce, I believe the Federal Government should make Federal employee retirement "mandatory" at Age 70. A mandatory retirement age of 70 would create new job opportunities for future unemployed Amercians and yet still allow tighter control over the size of our Federal workforce.
