Eliminating Training Travel Expenses

I believe with the learning resources available to us, such as Centra, ELMS, CCH, MicroMash, etc. training (unless it is critical to have face to face) can and should be completed online. This will save the government employees and instructors time (for travel status & making arrangements), air fare/any travel fees, hotel fees, meals & entertainment fees, and the printing/copying of handout materials (which can be made available on sharepoint or downloadable versions. Most training subjects can be handled via online courses. Centra and Office Communicator can be set up for live interactive courses.
