Make sure that each employee has access to a computer or thin client, with the software they need to do their job.
Expedite the process for requesting computer equipment and software so that:
1) Employees can directly submit their requests to IRM, and
2) IRM is required to meet with each employee, to learn what computer equipment and software, the employee needs to do their job.
