Bundle teleconferencing capability with deployment of Windows 7

Teleconferencing is employed intermittently throughout the Federal Government. It should be as easy to use in one to one communications as is the telephone or in group activity without the necessity to going to specific locations with dedicated and unmovable teleconferencing equipment. I would recommend that with the deployment of Windows 7 Professional, that webcam conferencing be built into the deployment strategy for more extensive use by employees. This approach should save money in travel as well as benefit the utilization of telework activity, by enhancing collaboration through face to face meetings via intranet or internet even if an employee is working from home or a remote office location.
